Day 3

Yesterday was kind of an odd day to track because I worked overnight and slept most of the day.

Had half of my Italian salad from last night while at work and a cup of coffee

Breakfast:
1 slice light wheat toast 0/1
bacon
string cheese

Dinner:
McD's 3 chicken select strips 2/2
SF vanilla iced coffee

Snack:
Garden of Eatin Red Hot Blues chips 0/1

And a horribly mean coworker made me work out with her, at work! So not only did I have to work, but work out too. And I really thought I was half assing it, but I am sore today so guess not.
