So the day before yesterday was a bad day. Three days into the 30 day shred and 2 weeks into the FT I stepped on the scale. I know, not a great idea after working a 12 hour night shift, on 5 hours of sleep and with only 2 cups of coffee and very little water during that shift. But I did it. And I was up a pound and a half. Which pissed me off. I mean, really? What's the answer here? To lose weight, I have to what? Just not eat?
This is so frustrating. So Teagan's birthday was yesterday and I hit the donut shop before work to get him some birthday breakfast donuts. And then I ate one. Take that you bastard scale. I hate you.
