How does your garden grow?

We spent the last week putting the garden in.
It's hard to tell, but really there are some things planted out there.
So far we have scarlet runner beans
blackeye peas
yellow squash
zuchinni
cucumbers
lettuce
and carrots.
Here are the chicks at Easter. They are already bigger than this.
They used to hang out there under that heat lamp. Now they're too busy running and jumping around the coop.
You can see here they are getting their feathers. I'll have to get another pic soon, because they look so different now.

Oh, I'd love to have a big garden like that... and maybe even the chickens, too!

i am jealous of your garden too. i bought lots of seeds a couple of months ago thinking that i could plant them and all that while 8 months pregnant...i dont know what i was thinking! maybe next year!

That's funny you say that Wendy. In 08, I put the garden in when I was 6 months preggo with Tess, then was pulling weeds and picking veggies at 8 months. :op

Pregnancy is why they invented container gardens, don't you think?
